Congratulations to Assistant Professor Sandy Lim from the Department of Management & Organisation who has been promoted to Associate Professor with Tenure with effect from 1 July 2015.
Assoc Prof Lim specialises in research that examines interpersonal dynamics at the workplace, work-family issues as well as gender and cultural issues in organisations.
Her research work has been published in top business and psychology journals and presented at major international conferences such as the Academy of Management Meetings. She has received numerous international awards, including a prestigious research fellowship from the American Association of University Women.
She has held research, teaching and executive appointments in several private sector corporations, the Ministry of Defence, the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM), Singapore.
