Faculty and staff from NUS Business School and School of Computing spent an exciting week at the Singapore Fintech Festival, one of the largest such gatherings in the world.
Shaping the future in Fintech
Held at the Singapore EXPO Convention and Exhibition Centre from 13-17 November, the festival brought together start-ups, tech companies, investors, big name financial institutions, educators and government agencies.
At the NUS booth, part of the Talent Pavilion hosted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, our team were on hand to showcase NUS’s holistic approach in Fintech and the courses we are and will be conducting. These include the recently-launched MSc in Finance programme and the MSc in Business Analytics.
Among visitors to the booth were Singapore DPM Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrisnan and NUS Vice Provost Brenda Yeoh.
