In its eighth year, the week-long JMUCC takes place in the heart of downtown Montreal, and challenges twenty-four international teams from renowned business schools.

Besides the case work, JMUCC also organised tours for students to explore a new area of the city every evening. Participants also had the opportunity to attend networking cocktails, activities, and dinners – and enjoy the vibrant city of Montreal.

Fabian has to share about his experience:

“What struck us most once we stepped out of Pierre Elliot-Trudeau Airport was a blend of hot and cold: the warm Canadian hospitality amidst the chilly wind of Montreal. At home-grown Canadian retail chains such as Tim Hortons and Schwartz’s, servers greeted us with bright smiles and were eager to learn more about our home country. Another impressive feature of the city was the underground network of downtown Montreal, where the central railway station, shopping malls and other facilities were all connected via wind-proofed tunnels and underpasses. We were truly inspired to experience first-hand the futuristic modernity and welcoming hospitality that Montreal had to offer.”
