Organised by the BIZCareers, the annual Relazione career networking event aims to connect graduating undergraduates with international and local organisations for career opportunities. This year’s edition was held on 23 August and was attended by about 250 students. More than 45 companies were at the event including Apple, Lazada, Unilever and Singtel.
Connecting for future opportunities
For BBA Year 4 Jeremy Ng, Relazione is an opportunity for him to interact with recruiters, especially those who are NUS Business School alumni. “They shared with me personal experiences that adds a dose of reality to the corporate working environment. The interactions provided me with the necessary information I need to find my dream career at an organisation that fits with my own ambitions,” he said.
Relazione allows students to connect with the recruiters and understand more about the culture of these organisations, according to Fabian Ng, BBA Year 5 Honours. “Recruiters were very open in sharing about their companies. I had an enjoyable time speaking with them and it definitely enabled me to make a better decision for a full-time job,” he said.
