The NUSBIZ MSc Programmes Office had an eventful and inspiring season, filled with experiential learning, industry engagement, and exciting new initiatives that continue to enrich our student community.
Experiential Learning and Industry Engagement
Our students have been actively engaging industry partners through hands-on learning experiences. This semester, they took part in a variety of experiential learning activities — from a coastal clean-up and maritime industry seminar with our CEMS corporate partner CMA-CGM, to a Porsche campus tour offering a behind-the-scenes look at innovation and operations in the automotive industry.
Students from the MSc in Marketing Analytics and Insights and MAI + CEMS programmes also joined an exclusive GenAI workshop, gaining practical insights into how generative AI can be leveraged in analytics and business strategy. Meanwhile, MSc in Real Estate students participated in the ULI Urban Plan Workshop, where they collaborated on designing redevelopment plans for a fictional site under the guidance of industry experts and Professor Joseph Ooi.

Fireside Chats and Industry Roundtables
A series of fireside chats and industry roundtables across our MSc programmes brought students together with industry leaders to discuss emerging business challenges and professional insights across disciplines, such as:
- “The Data-Driven Future of HR” (MSc in Human Capital Management & Analytics)
- “Charting Career Success with Analytics-Driven Insights” (MSc in Accounting & Financial Analytics)
- “Navigating Uncertainty through Strategic Innovation” (MSc in Strategic Analysis & Innovation)
- “The Shifting Landscape of Real Estate Investment” (MSc in Real Estate)

Student Life and Well-being
Our MSc Student Life team organised Wellness Week in mid-September – featuring yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation activities to help our students recharge and maintain balance amid their busy schedules. The initiative was warmly received and represented our commitment to holistic student development. This also offer opportunities of networking and cultural exchanges for students across our MSc Programmes.

Our Growth in Space
We also celebrated the expansion of our MSc Office, now operating from two locations — BIZ #02-07 (Marketing, Admissions & Experiential Learning teams) and HSSML #01-07 (Programme Management & Student Life teams).
